PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Ms Cox and Mr Hart contacted us to build a new house for them on a lovely location close to the seafront in West Mersea. The house was traditional in design yet incorporated modern features throughout the interior. They wanted a sociable space towards the rear of the house, leading in to the garden area, and required a large driveway with easy access to a garage.

PROJECT RESULTS

The project encountered some challenges along the way; this included a burst water main and an incorrect measurement of the staircase on the original plans. These challenges were successfully worked around and the outcome of the final build was extremely pleasing to our clients. Mr Hart explains, “Chris is an excellent builder – considering some of the complex requirements, the relatively small number of snags is testament to his high quality work.”

Since the completion of the new build we have been carrying out groundworks and installing a garden building for them. We are pleased that they feel confident in us as a company and continue to use our services.
