About C&S Construction
Since 1987, C&S Construction have been designing and building superb houses for themselves and for others.
With only a handful of yellow pages adverts under their belt, for over thirty years C&S have managed to survive purely on recommendations. As a company, they are very proud of this and hope that it demonstrates their ability to carry out a construction project with positive outcomes.
Established in 1987
C&S Construction were established in 1987 by husband and wife team, Chris and Sue Watts. Chris’ building experience stretches further than this as his father, Bob Watts, introduced Chris to the building trade in 1982.
Bob built 220 residential properties in Colchester (and the surrounding areas) and Chris helped his dad on many of these projects. After five years’ experience working on site with Bob, Chris then founded C&S Construction, along with his wife Sue.
Sue comes from a family of creative-minded people and she has a very natural talent at being able to inject life and beauty in to a room that is desperately lacking it. This combination of practical and creative minds creates the perfect team to carry out your construction project requirements.
